Seeing this video, it means that 4060 is perfectly capable of running on old motherboards from 10 years ago. Which is why I have a question to you: do you experience any graphical stuttering and breaking up when watching movies with the same CPU and RTX 4060? I'm asking because a few days ago I bought a 4060 and while it performs admirably in games, there's this stuttering in question I mentioned when I watch any movie or a TV show at 1080p resolution. And nothing can fix that, not even a different driver. The weird part is that there's no stuttering in Windows, whereas in Linux it won't stop. But if I install back the GTX 1660 Ti, movies and TV shows run perfectly fine in both operating systems.

Why did you turn everything so high? These are budget parts no way you’re maxing out settings with them unless you have like a 480p monitor

I run a rtx 4070 to a i7 6700k clocked at 4.7 ghz. I only upgraded my SSD to a fast samsung pro 980, upgraded my memory to run at 3200mhz at 64gb and got a 2k monitor to run at 165 hz. I see no bottle neck in any of the games. everything is smooth. You need nee a new.
